Our philosophy is to work out smarter, not harder. We can use the science of exercise to our advantage because exercising appropriately and correctly will produce better results and fewer injuries.

The average client here consists of people ages 14 to 114. From the athlete to the overweight, we partner with every type to accomplish individual goals. Whether healing from knee and hip replacement or building strength to combat an autoimmune disease like MS, our focus is on the unique needs of every person who walks through our door. 

Everyone brings with them different challenges and we love to celebrate their achievements! One of our most satisfying success stories involves a healthy couple in their mid-seventies whose goal it was to prepare them for a “trip of a lifetime” with a visit to Machu Picchu and the Peruvian Rainforest. We accomplished that goal and continued working together when the husband stumbled while folding up a table and consequently, fell and broke his hip. Three screws and a few weeks of in-patient rehab later, he amazed his doctors with how quickly he bounced back. He paid the highest compliment by crediting our workouts with easing his rehabilitation. Research proves exercise accelerates the healing process and better equips our bones, muscles, and tissue for those unexpected mishaps in life. Fitness is the greatest gift you could give yourself. 

Our clients are motivated because we help them see the value in the process. Each individual is unique and we take a realistic approach with a mindset of not expecting any result that isn’t earned. We come to every session prepared and focused on energy levels high so we can work out with an unparalleled intensity, allowing us to do what we’ve set out to do and achieve the individual goals. We know our members benefit greater when we give them 100% of our time and attention.

Working with a dedicated trainer will help individuals who are intimidated by exercise build the confidence and competence to thrive. A trainer will also bring value to the person who has been doing the same routine day in and day out. A trained eye will help to modify exercises and reevaluate to bring goals currently. We bring the expertise to continually challenge you and your body, causing your physical self to adapt and progress.

Helping individuals who want to be healthy, even though they may not be starting there, is what inspires us to invest all that we have to come alongside and do what it takes to get them there! Certainly, we help athletes perform better, but it’s exciting to help the “non-athlete” find their inner athlete! We see this every day and it is truly the reason we get up in the morning.
